Developing and publishing measures together

The Digital State Action Plan supports Hamburg in implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The public area allows residents to learn about the city's measures on inclusion, accessibility and participation, as well as progress in their implementation. An internal workspace enables collaboration across public authorities: new measures are developed, discussed and submitted jointly. They only become publicly visible when a higher-level body within the administration publishes them. The platform thus connects internal coordination with public information. The application was developed to be accessible and underwent a BITV accessibility test with no issues noted. A clear structure and easy-to-understand content help people access the information.

AKIP

Bringing hospital planning and funding together

Hospital planning and funding require many types of information to be brought together: details about facilities, requirements, applications and financial data. AKIP consolidates this information in a central platform for Hamburg and supports administrative work relating to hospitals and investment projects. The application covers the processes from submitting, reviewing and approving applications to the ongoing monitoring of finances and measures. The relevant departments can track how far individual projects have progressed and how funding is being used. AKIP therefore supports both day-to-day administration and longer-term planning.

Supporting Interreg programmes in their day-to-day work

Interreg programmes bring together partners from different countries. Managing their funded projects involves applications, reports, financial data and checks. Jems, the Joint Electronic Monitoring System provided by Interact, brings these tasks together in a shared web application and supports projects throughout their lifecycle. We help Interreg programmes tailor Jems to their requirements. We adapt and further develop the existing system and provide ongoing operational support. Our experience with funding procedures helps us translate programme requirements into the application and assist programme authorities and project partners in their day-to-day work.

MIA

From applications to project progress

MIA provides a shared system for project applicants, beneficiaries and the managing authority in East Belgium. Applicants enter their applications digitally and subsequently report on the progress of their projects. The managing authority checks the submitted information and processes applications and reports directly in the system through to approval or sign-off. The information entered also forms the basis for analyses and indicators. This provides an overview of both individual initiatives and the funded projects as a whole. For the German-speaking Community, it creates a shared information base for tracking project status, progress and development.

PIA

Recording working hours, understanding project effort

PIA brings together the recording of working hours and project time in one application. Employees can enter their hours wherever they work and assign them to the relevant projects. Daily use builds a clear picture of how work is distributed across different projects. Reports make the time spent on projects easy to understand and provide a basis for project controlling and billing. Interfaces allow PIA to connect with other applications so that the recorded data can also be used there. Time tracking therefore supports ongoing project work while providing an overview of the effort involved.
