For more than 15 years, we have been digitalising processes in public administration. We have developed several accessible systems in line with the requirements of the German BITV accessibility test. We bring this experience to every new project. We consider accessibility from the outset — in planning, design and technical implementation. It is an integral part of our entire development process and continues to be addressed as our systems evolve.
Agile methods
We generally work with Scrum. We break complex administrative systems down into small, testable units and implement them in manageable development cycles known as sprints. You follow progress through tangible results and provide regular feedback. If a different approach proves more appropriate, we can adjust course together. This allows new insights and changing requirements to inform the next stages of development.
Business Intelligence
Administrative processes generate a lot of data. This data is often spread across different systems and requires additional effort to analyse. We bring this information together and present it in a clear, understandable form. Our work is guided by your workflows and the questions you deal with every day. This makes caseloads, processing progress and trends easier to understand.
Hosting
We work with our partner IONOS to host your administrative applications. We provide suitable hosting environments on servers in European data centres. This GDPR-compliant infrastructure forms the foundation for secure operation — tailored to your application's technical requirements and its day-to-day use in public administration.
